Summary
Signs Now worked with One Call Insurance to design, manufacture and install a large illuminated 3D sign for their curved rotunda, along with additional internal illuminated lettering as part of an ongoing site expansion.
The Client
One Call Insurance is a UK-based insurance provider offering a wide range of insurance productsincluding motor, home and life cover. Headquartered at Balby Carr Bank in Doncaster, the business has continued to expand its operations and office footprint in recent years.
The Project
Signs Now were invited to One Call Insurance’s head office to discuss signage requirements as part of their planned expansion into an adjacent building. The brief focused on increasing visibility across the site and ensuring the branding reflected the company’s continued growth.
The main feature of the project was a large, illuminated 3D sign installed on a curved rotunda structure, replacing the existing Jupiter lettering. The curved surface presented additional technical challenges, requiring the fabrication of bespoke brackets to ensure the signage could be securely and accurately fitted to the irregular surface.
In addition to the main feature sign, One Call also required four smaller sets of illuminated lettering. Due to project phasing, only two sets were installed at this stage, with the remaining signage scheduled for installation at a later date.
The installation was carefully planned and executed to accommodate the complexities of the structure while maintaining a high-quality finish consistent with the client’s brand standards.
