Xeinadin, a UK and Ireland wide accountancy and business advice practice, needed a single trusted signage partner to deliver consistent, high-quality signage across its growing network of offices.
The Client
Xeinadin is a leading accountancy and business advice practice operating across the UK and Ireland. The company was formed in 2019 through the merger of more than 100 individual accountancy firms, bringing them together under one national brand.
The Project
Signs Now began working with Xeinadin in March 2025, after Brad Probin, Xeinadin's Project Manager, decided to move away from their previous signage supplier.
Brad wanted a single supplier who could operate across every location and deliver a consistently high-quality product and service, with brand standards maintained throughout.
In the 18 months since, Signs Now has completed signage projects across 52 Xeinadin offices, working continuously as the group has grown. The scope of work spans a full range of signage types, including:
- Individual flat cut acrylic logos
- 3D built up logos
- Tray signs
- Flat panels
- Internal and window vinyl
- Acrylic signs
Much of the work involves rebranding offices that Xeinadin has newly acquired, ensuring each new addition reflects the same brand identity from day one. This is complemented by signage for office relocations as the business continues to expand.
