Leading veterinary company Dechra partnered with Signs Now to design and install vibrant, eye-catching internal signage at its expanding Shrewsbury site in Shropshire. The goal was to reflect Dechra’s brand identity while enhancing navigation and employee experience across the office environment.
The Client
Dechra Pharmaceuticals is a UK-based global leader in veterinary pharmaceuticals and related products. Established in 1997 following a management buyout from Lloyds Chemists, Dechra has grown significantly with operations across Europe, North America, and beyond.
Headquartered in Northwich, England, Dechra focuses exclusively on veterinary markets, offering high-quality, specialist treatments and support for veterinarians worldwide. In January 2024, the company was acquired by Swedish investment firm EQT AB, marking a pivotal step in its growth journey.
The Shrewsbury Site
The Shrewsbury office, located at Sansaw Business Park in Hadnall, is a key UK hub for Dechra. It houses essential functions including sales, marketing, technical support, and customer service. With continued growth, Dechra expanded its space and turned to Signs Now to elevate the environment with internal branding and visual identity elements.
Project Objectives
Signs Now was tasked with designing and installing bespoke interior signage that would:
- Enhance Navigation: Improve wayfinding and spatial clarity throughout the office.
- Strengthen Brand Consistency: Visually reinforce Dechra’s brand and values.
- Boost Employee Engagement: Create a more vibrant, welcoming, and organised workspace.

The Solution
Following an in-depth consultation and site survey, Signs Now’s design team worked closely with Dechra’s internal teams to develop a comprehensive signage package. This included:
- Custom wall graphics and vinyl artwork
- Bold 3D lettering
- Bespoke branded magnetic boards
- Value-driven design concepts that reflect Dechra’s identity
These elements were installed by an experienced Signs Now team, ensuring smooth integration with the newly refurbished space.
