The mission here at Signs Now is to 'impress our customer' and retain relationships beyond. We achieve this by thanking our customers for their business. The Managing Director, Bill Dunphy sends out 'thank you' emails on a monthly basis to show our appreciation and also gain customer feedback. We have found this is very valuable to the development of our company.
