Personal loan provider Evlo partnered with Signs Now for a national rebranding project that saw more than 75 of its branches across the UK updated with brand-new interior and exterior signage in just four months.
The client
Everyday Loans was established in 2006 and has helped over 300,000 customers access unsecured credit from its network of more than 75 branches across the UK.
In 2022 Signs Now UK took its first order from a branch of Everyday Loans in Bourne End. The branch was pleased with the service and price, and other opportunities arose across the branch network. Over the next couple of years Signs Now supplied signage to another 12 branches of the company.
The project
In 2024 the company decided on a restructure of its brand, which included a change of name to Evlo. The rebrand embodies Evlo’s focus on financial inclusion, transparency, simplicity and customer-centricity.
A deadline was set to alter all existing brand displays, including external signage, interior signage and window vinyls, by the end of January 2025.
Signs Now was approached to undertake the assignment thanks to the company’s extensive experience managing large-scale national and internal projects. Our Account Manager, Richard Morris, had worked with Everyday Loans for two years and was made the project manager.
Solution and installation
From the first new branding samples being presented to Evlo in September 2024, the entire signage project took just four months to turn around.
In October Signs Now surveyors completed individual visits of Evlo’s branches across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, carrying out site surveys free of charge.
This involved taking photos of existing signage, recording measurements and reviewing building specifications and any special requirements that each branch might have. Signs Now provided Evlo with a pack for each branch that included photos, drawings, visuals of the new signage and detailed cost quotations.
The Signs Now design team then spent November preparing a set of technical drawings for each branch, working closely with Evlo to meet site-specific requirements.
Throughout December, Signs Now manufactured all the new signage in-house. Printing signage centrally ensured a consistent brand image at all times.
January saw the completion of the project, with the new signage being professionally installed across each of Evlo’s nationwide branches.
