Although they look easy with nice big flat panels often box vans, especially older ones, are held together with rivets. This does not present any problems but a high quality "cast" vinyl is required to mould to the shape of the rivets and provide a quality long lasting finished job. Vehicles with rivets are typically about double the price to graphic as those with none.
