Example of an acrylic facia sign with 3D acrylic moulded letters. Moulded letters are only available in limited styles, colours and type faces so are not always suitable but where they are used they give a cost effective 3 dimensional look. In this example they are stood proud off the back panel but they can equally be mounted flush. Illumination is provided by an overhead "trough" light which is powder coated white. The sign panels are housed in a red powder coated aluminium sign frame. As well as looking good this is to prevent panel warping and, in severe weather conditions, cracking, which can result from the "face fixing" of sign panels.
